Credit Card Information: By providing your credit card details, we’ll secure your requested room for your arrival date. Rates are based on double occupancy. An additional $20 per extra adult will be charged 3 days prior to arrival.

Temporary Hold: Creekside Villa reserves the right to temporarily hold the full amount of your stay before your arrival.

Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation is only confirmed once you receive an email confirmation. We review all requests for accuracy before sending confirmation.

Cancellations are allowed up to 3 days before your check-in date. If canceled within 3 days, the full amount of your stay will be charged.

Last-Minute Reservations: Cannot be canceled without penalty. Full stay charge applies.

All rates are based on double occupancy.

Adults: Extra adults are charged $20 per night (plus applicable taxes), up to the room’s maximum occupancy.

Children: 0-3 years old: Free. 4-12 years old: $10 per night.

If the room exceeds maximum occupancy, extra guests will be assigned to another room at the current day’s rate (based on availability).
Failure to disclose extra guests at check-in will result in an additional $50 charge per adult per night.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Non-registered guests must have prior approval from Front Desk or Management.

Non-registered guests may only visit during Quiet Time (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.) with approval. Violation of these policies can lead to immediate eviction without refund.

Check-out is at 11 a.m. Late check-out requests must be made the night before, and are subject to availability.

There is a 15-minute grace period for check-out. After this, a late check-out fee of $50 per half hour applies.

Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Please keep noise levels minimal to ensure all guests can enjoy a restful stay. Excessive noise may result in eviction after 3 warnings.

Unfortunately, Creekside Villa is not wheelchair accessible. Please contact us directly if you have special requirements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the Villa, including e-cigarettes and vaping.

A designated smoking area is located by the parking lot.

Smoking in rooms or other indoor areas will incur a minimum $500 penalty.

Please use designated receptacles for ashes and butts.

Candles and incense are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards. Violation will result in a $500 charge.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times on hotel property. They cannot be left unattended, including in the games room.

ou may incur additional charges for any damage or loss to hotel property, including public spaces or in-room items, as well as cleaning fees for spills or stains.

Creekside Villa is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during your stay. Please secure your room and vehicle, and avoid leaving personal belongings unattended in public areas.

We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests who do not comply with our policies. No refunds will be issued for evictions due to policy violations.
